Description
Baglem® Srl is a leading company in the production of aeronautical lighting signaling systems: Aviation Obstacle Lighting (AOL) systems for the signaling of obstacles during flight, and all luminous signaling lights needed for a complete functional heliport during night operations.
All products are designed, produced, and assembled by Baglem and tested in Italy by skilled technicians and professionals.
Our Group, founded in 1972, has been on the market since 1939 and since then we have achieved the necessary experience and specific know-how that allows us today to offer our customers qualified professionals and innovative solutions.

HELIPORT products
- GPI/VASI:
(Visual Approach Slope Indicator lights) or NATO Stanag 1236 GPI (Glide Path Indicator) trichromatic approach slope optical indicators.
- HAPI:
ICAO Helicopter Approach Path Indicator two-color optical approach slope indicators.
- TLOF:
Touch Down and Lift-off Area perimeter lights, inset lights or overground elevated lights
- FLOODLIGHT:
directional, grazing white lights for diffused lighting of the winch operations area.
- HELIPORT BEACON:
ICAO medium intensity light with flashing rate “H morse” to identify heliports.
- WIND DIRECTION INDICATOR:
ICAO windsock for ground level heliports and for elevated heliports or helidecks with option of height, length, internally lighted or unlighted.
- ELETRICAL CONTROL PANELS:
commands and controls from 1 to 8 redundant circuits (active redundancy) ensuring 50% of the lighting as required by ICAO, ENAC.
- AOL/SOV products
- LOW INTENSITY AVIATION OBSTACLE LIGHT:
ICAO type A and type B light offering a red light with an intensity of 10 Cd and 32 Cd
- MEDIUM INTENSITY AVIATION OBSTACLE LIGHT:
ICAO type A, B, C and type A + B light offering an red/white light with an intensity of 2000 Cd and 20000 Cd.
- LOW INTENSITY AVIATION OBSTACLE LIGHT for moving obstacles:
ICAO type C and type D flashing light signs that offer an amber light with an intensity of 40 Cd and 200 Cd.
